Each preset bundles fonts, colors, effects, and animations; font size and highlight colors are customizable after selection. Alignment: Top, Middle, or Bottom.

## Add Caption to Video (existing footage)

Upload any video and get accurate, beautifully synced captions in minutes:

1. Choose "Add Caption to Video".
2. Upload your video — speech in any of 100+ languages is transcribed automatically.
3. Optional: **high-quality transcription** (10 extra credits/minute) for difficult audio, multiple speakers, or technical vocabulary.
4. Optional: **Add B-Roll** — AI inserts relevant footage as split-screen or full-screen cutaways.
5. Generate.

## Captions in generated videos

Captions are on by default for generated videos and synced word-by-word with the AI voice. Disable via the "Disable Captions" toggle (or `captions.enabled: false`). In the editor, the Captions panel offers preset switching, hide/show, alignment, and a Custom tab for fonts, colors, and sizing.
