Revid mobile: privacy and AI providers

Updated September 21, 2026. This notice supplements the Revid Privacy Policy for our mobile app.

What the app sends

Revid uses your email address and account identifier to sign you in and retrieve your projects and credit balance. When you create content, your prompts and the photos, videos, audio and reference images you select are uploaded to Revid and sent to the providers needed to process your request. These files may contain personal information, such as faces or voices.

AI processing

Depending on the selected tool, model and available provider, processing can involve OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, ElevenLabs, AssemblyAI, Deepgram, fal.ai, Replicate, Kie.ai or OpenRouter. These services may generate scripts, images, video or speech, transcribe audio, or check content for safety. A generation can use several providers; a failed request may be retried with another provider.

Your selected content is sent for these tasks. The app asks for your permission before you enter its AI creation tools. Do not upload personal information you do not want processed or content you do not have permission to use.

Your choices

You can decline AI processing and still view your existing projects. In the app, open Account → AI data preferences to withdraw permission for new AI requests. This does not undo processing already started. Device permissions for your camera and photo library can also be changed in system settings.

Storage, reports and deletion

Your projects and media are stored in the same Revid account used on the website. If you report a result, Revid receives the result reference, your account identifier, the reason and any details you provide so the team can investigate.

To delete your account, use Account → Delete account in the app, or the account deletion page. This affects your account on both mobile and web. Shared team content and records that must be retained for legal or billing purposes are handled separately, as described in our Privacy Policy.

For questions about your data, use the contact details in the Revid Privacy Policy.
