Mornings are chaos but your kids still need to eat something nutritious. Here's what actually
works in my house. First up, overnight oats. Mix oats with milk the night before,
let it sit in the fridge, and in the morning add peanut butter and berries.
My kids devour it. Next, two ingredient banana pancakes. Mash one banana,
crack in two eggs, mix it up and cook. Takes three minutes and they think it's a treat.
Last one is a smoothie bowl. Blend frozen berries, banana, and yogurt,
pour it in a bowl and let them add their own toppings like granola and fruit.
They eat it because they made it. Three recipes, all under five minutes, zero complaints.
