FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
How are these rankings made?
Each list orders the videos in Revid's viral video index by one public count (views, likes or comments), read when the video was last collected. TikTok rankings draw on every TikTok we track; YouTube rankings on the Shorts we track (videos tagged #shorts). The lists are rebuilt every day.
What makes a video go viral on TikTok or YouTube Shorts?
A strong first two seconds, a payoff worth replaying, and a reason to share or reply. Open the top videos in any ranking to see each one's hook and stats, then use Remix to rebuild the format around your own topic.
Can I use these videos for my own content?
Use them for research, not as footage: study the hook, the structure and the pacing, then make your own version. Revid's Remix does that for you: it keeps the format and writes a new video around your topic.
