You don't need 30 minutes to feed your kids a proper breakfast. I'm gonna show you
three meals that take 5 minutes max and my kids actually finish them. First,
overnight oats. Night before, half cup oats, half cup milk, spoon of yogurt,
mash a banana in there. Morning comes, top with berries and a drizzle of
honey. My kids think it's dessert. Second, banana pancakes.
One banana, two eggs, whisk together. That's it. Pour into a pan,
flip once, done in 3 minutes. Add some peanut butter on top for protein.
Last one, smoothie bowls. Frozen berries, banana, splash of milk,
