Busy mornings don't mean your kids have to eat garbage. I'm gonna show you three breakfasts
you can make in five minutes that are actually healthy and your kids will demolish.
First up, overnight oats but make them fun. Forty grams of oats, splash of milk,
spoon of peanut butter, mix it up the night before. In the morning,
let your kids top it themselves. Mini chocolate chips, strawberries, granola,
whatever. They eat it because they made it. Next, two ingredient banana
pancakes. One banana, two eggs, mash it together, cook it like regular
pancakes. Takes three minutes. Add blueberries if your kid isn't picky.
