your discipline One: delay dopamine. For the first hour after waking up, no phone,
no social media, no junk food. When you start your day with pleasure, your brain avoids
effort all day. Delay the reward, and focus becomes easier. Two: set a non-negotiable
morning action. One small task you do every single day, no matter what.
Pushups. A walk. Writing one page. Keeping one promise early trains your
brain to follow through later. Three: do hard things on purpose. Cold showers.
