The Victorian Guest

Warning. You are not alone in your house right now. I moved into

my grandmother's Victorian after she passed. First week, I kept finding wet footprints leading

to my bedroom door. The prints were small, child-sized,

and they only appeared at 3 AM. I started sleeping with my door

locked. One night, I heard scratching. A whisper said, Let me in,

I am cold. It was her voice. I never unlocked that door.

But every morning, the handle is wet. The scratching is getting louder every

night.
