Embracing Trust and Allyship

Someone coming out to you is a massive trust fall, and your reaction is everything.

They chose *you*. So, say thanks, reassure them nothing changes,

and just keep showing up. Remember, identity is a spectrum – gender,

sexuality, expression – it's all fluid and personal. Don't out them, don't say 'I knew

it.' Use their pronouns, try inclusive language. Allyship is about learning, speaking up against

hate, and creating space where everyone feels seen. It’s an ongoing

journey, not a one-time achievement. Keep growing, keep supporting.
