60-Second Paper Dragon Origami

Making a paper dragon takes less than sixty seconds and only needs one square sheet.

Start with any colored paper you like. Fold it diagonally once, then fold that triangle

in half again. Take both bottom corners and fold them upward to create wings on each side.

For the head, fold a small flap forward at the top point. Bend the opposite

end backward to shape the tail. Your dragon now has dimension and character.

Draw eyes on the head and add scales along the body to bring it to life. This simple origami

technique teaches basic folding skills while creating something you can actually play with or display.
