Don't Wait for a Diagnosis

The first sign of disease isn't when you go to the doctor's office and they tell you that you

have cancer. Most people don't care about their health until they get a disease diagnosis.

The first sign of disease is bloating, inflammation, or stoma body fat, and people don't

take their life seriously until they get a serious diagnosis, when in reality

it could have been prevented if you would've just listened to the whispers that your body was

giving you. Most people are reactive for their health, not proactive.
