My panic attacks started during midterms when I couldn't breathe in the library.
I thought pushing through was strength, but collapsing in my dorm proved otherwise.
Here is what actually worked. I started with five minute morning breathing sessions.
I ditched marathon sessions for twenty five minute blocks with walks between. Game changer.
The real shift happened when I joined a student wellness group. Turns out half
my floor felt the same way. We created check in texts. I learned the
signs I needed help. Missing classes three days straight, and avoiding friends.
That knot in my stomach never left. Reaching out to counseling wasn't giving
