A Dog’s Lesson in Respect

A homeless man sits on a bench in the park, his Golden Retriever lying quietly beside

him. A rich man walks by and carelessly throws the trash from his expensive

snack on the ground next to them. He laughs and walks away. The Golden Retriever

looks at his owner, wags his tail with determination, then jumps up and runs off.

He quickly gathers his friends – a group of other dogs from the neighborhood. Together,

they grab the rich man’s trash and scatter it everywhere: on his car, in front of his

shoes, and across his garden. The rich man returns, angry and confused, while the dogs run

back to their owner. The Golden Retriever sits contentedly beside the homeless man.
