A Mindset Shift: Sustainability First

I think the main mindset shift would be to not have sustainability as an afterthought, to understand that

sustainability isn't just talking about sustaining the environment as an outside entity

for long. It's about sustaining from an individual level all our lives, sustaining the organization

in a long term, and sustaining the social and environmental surroundings that's- that supports this

organization to survive. So when we talk about sustainability, it's a much larger,

objective than just environment and that those two should not be mixed up because currently

environmental practices are just done outside for someone else. Sustainability is from a marketing,

from a business, from, a CSR, from every angle, a holistic approach
