A New Year Prayer of Gratitude

My prayer to the Father on this coming new year. Lord, as we step from

the old and into this world of new, we are thankful for this life you gave and all the

things you do. We give you praises in everything. Without you, there would be nothing

seen. Your grace has carried us through it all, and through all that this life brings,

it's all because of the love you've poured in and on every part of us, and all the added

joy you've given that has made our lives a plus. So, Father,

we are thankful for all the happiness that's come our way, 'cause life for

us would not be a reward without your love each day. The blessing of life has overflowed,
