Abusive Ex-Husband Fights for Full Custody at Christmas

My sister's abusive ex-husband, the one who beat her in front of their two daughters,

just filed for full custody. The girls hate him. They didn't even want 50/50,

but my sister agreed because he said he was trying. Less than two years ago,

her husband died suddenly from a heart attack. Now this guy is back,
