Accused of Stealing a Lottery Ticket

My stepdad accused me of stealing his lottery ticket and it turned into the biggest mess of

my life. Last Tuesday I stopped by their house to drop off some groceries for my mom.

My stepdad Rick was in the garage and barely acknowledged me. Nothing new there.

We've never been close but we're civil. Two days later he calls me screaming

that I stole his lottery ticket from the kitchen counter. I told him I never even went near the

counter. I put the groceries on the table and left. He didn't believe

me. He called my mom at work telling her I'm a thief. Then he posted on

Facebook that someone in the family stole from him without naming me but everyone knew.
