You are allowed to want a life where your body isn't constantly bracing for impact.
You deserve safety, peace, and a caring environment. Validating trauma matters because
it reduces shame. Too often people say things like- Ooh, ooh,
ooh. "It didn't happen." Ooh, ooh, ooh.
"It's no big deal." Ooh, ooh, ooh. "There were no broken
bones or cuts." But emotional, verbal- Ooh, ooh, ooh.
