An MBA Is a Signal, Not a Guarantee

Okay, uh, let's be very clear. The degree alone has limited value.

The market doesn't reward for the certificate, or the grade, or what college name by default

what you have in the certificate. So the market rewards for the skill that you apply,

the problems you can solve, and the decisions that you can justify. So MBA is a signal,

um, not a guarantee. Uh, it tells the market that this person

has invested time and money into understanding business. What happened after, that depends upon

your skill, your positioning, your communication, your ability to execute.

Uh, MBA opens the door, uh, but you still have to walk in and prove
