Awakening of the Jungle

At dawn, the jungle wakes slowly. Soft mist floats above the green

canopy. Sunlight slips between tall trees. A young elephant walks beside his

mother. The water reflects the orange sky. Birds fly low and call to

one another. Not far away, a tiger moves silently through the tall grass.

He is watching. High in the trees, monkeys jump. A bright parrot

spreads its wings. Suddenly, dark clouds gather. Rain begins to fall.

The jungle becomes louder. The small elephant slips near the riverbank.

He cries out. The river is strong. The tiger steps forward.
