Barking Woman Terrifies Strangers for Fun

This woman literally walked up to random strangers and started barking at them like a full-on dog.

Not a cute little yap, I'm talking aggressive German Shepherd energy.

People jumped back, confused and terrified, probably questioning everything they knew about public

safety. But here's the kicker. Right after scaring the life out of each person,

she'd whip around to the camera with this massive grin, laughing like an absolute maniac.

Then she'd hit them with the most casual oopsie you've ever heard. Like barking at

strangers is just a tiny accident. No apology, no explanation, just oopsie and

moving on to traumatize the next person.
