Hi, I am Barni from amino alchemy. Today we gonna prepare one of
my favourite recipes. First, press and cube your extra-firm tofu, then toss it
with Thai green curry paste. Air fry or pan-fry these cubes at 400 degrees
for about 15 minutes until perfectly crispy. Blend soaked pistachios, spinach,
and coriander with vegetable broth to create a vibrant green base. Simmer this mixture
with coconut milk for 5 minutes, then add lime and soy sauce. Pour that creamy
broth over cooked noodles and top with those golden, crispy tofu cubes. Garnish with hemp
seeds and chili flakes for a boost of complete protein and omega-3s. Creamy,
