Batista’s Desperate Punjabi Prison Leap

Batista literally launched himself across two bamboo cages to save his title.

He was trapped inside the Punjabi Prison against the Great Khali, a seven-foot giant

who was already climbing over the outer wall to win. Batista had no time to use the door.

He scaled the inner structure while Khali was halfway down the outside. In a moment of pure

desperation, The Animal leaped from one cage to the other, catching up to Khali

in mid-air. It became a frantic race to the floor. Batista let go, dropped down,

and hit the ground just seconds before the giant to stay the World Heavyweight Champion.
