Bethenny Frankel's luxury New Year's vacation in St. Barths turned into a nightmare when

she contracted a bacterial infection on her face. The former Real Housewives star

cut her trip short by three days after developing a massive rash that spread across her skin.

She posted videos showing the uncomfortable situation, saying she was literally itching to get off

the island. Sources say she was treated with topical medication and the infection

has already cleared up, but her tropical getaway definitely gave her more than

just vacation memories. Sometimes paradise comes with a price.
