death. The beloved actor, who we all know as Theo Huxtable from The Cosby Show,

has died at just 54 years old. The details are absolutely heartbreaking. According to officials,

he was on vacation with his family in Costa Rica when he was accidentally swept away by a

current and drowned. In response, Beyoncé's website now directs to a black-and-white

photo of him. The tribute reads, "Rest in power, Malcolm-Jamal Warner. Thanks for being
