Big Feelings Are Okay

Sometimes I feel grumpy, sometimes I feel mad. Sometimes I feel

lonely or even a little sad. But feelings aren't bad things,

they come and they go. Everybody's got them, just so you know.

Big feelings are okay, okay. Everybody feels them every day.

When they come your way, take a breath and say, "I can find

my calm today." When my heart feels stormy, I stop and take a break.

I find a cozy corner, my own little space. I breathe in

slowly, I breathe out too. And little by little,
