Bismillah With Intention

You know what I've been trying lately? Actually pausing before I say Bismillāh. Like really pausing.

Wait, what do you mean? Like... stopping mid-action? Exactly!

Before I send an email, before I start cooking, even before difficult conversations.

I just take a breath and say it with full intention. That's powerful. I think I've been

saying it on autopilot for years, honestly. Same! But when you say

it consciously, it's like... you're inviting Allah into that moment.

You're saying, "I can't do this alone." SubhanAllah. So it becomes less

about * me* succeeding and more about seeking barakah in the process? Exactly. It shifts everything.
