Blackstone Step-by-Step Guide turn gas knob on tank to open turn all four burners
to open press silver button to ignite look through peep holes to make sure
each line is on. If it ain’t keep pressing the igniter till I does. (Make sure gas is
coming out though) let it pre heat for a good minute. (30 mins or so) Spread a thin layer
of oil, if it smokes. Wait for it to slow down before laying down food.
cook beef. If it’s black. It’s burnt. Gotta find the sweet spot just before.
When it’s no longer pink at all (this ain’t a burger) dip tortillas in oil on the edges
(you don’t want a dry brittle tortilla for a taco) once fully done cooking
