Blame and Responsibility in Family Dynamics

My sister screamed that her baby's disability was my fault because I didn't warn her

about drinking during pregnancy. She knew she was pregnant for months but chose to party

every weekend. When doctors explained the damage, she pointed at me and said I should

have stopped her. I reminded her I begged her to quit drinking and she called me controlling.

Now she wants me to help raise her child because apparently her choices are somehow my responsibility.

I blocked her number after she tried demanding money for medical bills. Her friends keep

messaging saying family helps family, but enablers don't help anyone.
