Take a moment to get comfortable. Sit or lie down, and gently close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in… and exhale fully. Again… in… and out. One more time. Now,
we’ll simply bring awareness through the body—nothing to fix, just noticing.
Bring your attention to the base of your spine. This is your root center.
Ask yourself quietly: Do I feel safe and supported right now? Breathe into this
space, and let your body relax. Move your attention to your lower abdomen.
This is the sacral center. Ask: Am I allowing myself to feel and enjoy
life? Take a gentle breath here. Shift your awareness to the upper abdomen.
