Welcome to lesson six. Today, we'll focus on breaking the cycle of procrastination
so you can stay consistent and achieve your new year goals, or indeed any other goals.
Why procrastination happens. Even with motivation at the start of the year,
many of us delay action due to fear, perfectionism, or feeling overwhelmed. Recognizing this
pattern is the first step toward change. So firstly, identify your triggers. Understand what
keeps you from starting. Is it uncertainty, fear of failure, or simply too much to do?
Knowing the why behind your delay empowers you to act. Action tip,
