Two days a week is all it takes to build a fighter's physique and engine. You do not need
the daily grind if you hit this hybrid split correctly. Day one is strictly for power and speed.
We are talking heavy kettlebell swings, landmine punches for boxing strength, and brutal ski-erg
intervals. Day two switches to wrestling strength. Load up heavy farmer walks,
hit those Hindu pushups, and focus on rotational power with med ball throws.
Finish every session with neck and wrist work to bulletproof your joints. Stop living in the
gym and start training for actual performance.
