You don’t need to hire a photographer to start updating your menu photos. Start slow.

One week, photograph all your appetizers. Next week, focus on sides or

salads. When you’re already cooking the food, use that moment to capture it.

Place each dish in the same well-lit area every time. Take photos from the top,

then from the left and right side. Then record four short videos of each dish.
