Building an AI Agent Org Chart

At the top level, you start with AI heads of departments. At our founders’ table,

we’ve given them human names to make them easier to reference in everyday conversations. Each department

head has access to all of their sub-agents. For example, we have Nolan.

Nolan oversees five to seven specialized sub-agents. As a human, you simply prompt

Nolan with a task. He then delegates that task to the appropriate sub-agent, gets the work done,

and returns the result to you. Above the department heads, there’s a chief

agent for executives. That chief agent can delegate tasks across multiple department heads,

merge the outputs, and deliver a single, cohesive response back to leadership. For employees,
