Calling Out a Friend’s Racist Jokes

Am I the asshole for calling out my gay friend for making minority jokes .

OK, so boom it's New Year's Eve. we are watching the ball drop.

There are no minorities on the screen so he says thank God there's no minorities. context I know he

has said the N word before. as you guessed it, hes mostly white. my girlfriend told

me at school lunch, a public high school by the way. A black girl bumped into him.

They got in a screaming match, and as they walked away, he told my girlfriend

he had to refrain from calling her a black bitch. naturally, after all of these

events, I decide to text him calling him out so I bring up the lunch incident.
