The one carrying more than they let anyone see. Some worries stay because we’re afraid

of what happens if we let go. If I stop thinking about it, will it fall apart?

If I don’t hold it together, who will? So we grip tighter. Replay scenarios.

Carry outcomes that haven’t happened yet. But worry isn’t the same as responsibility.

And holding on isn’t the same as being prepared. 1 Peter 5:7 says “Casting all your

care upon him; for he careth for you.” Notice the word casting. Not managing.
