Your body is a chaotic factory that never stops building itself. It’s called cell division,
and it’s the only reason you grow or heal. Most of the time, your cells are just
prepping in Interphase, copying DNA like crazy. Then Mitosis hits, organizing chromosomes
just to rip them apart so the cell can split in two. If that strict regulation fails,
you get uncontrolled tumors. But this whole operation isn't free; it costs energy called ATP.
Think of it like a fully charged battery. Your body snaps a phosphate bond
to release energy, turning ATP into ADP, then recycles it back up.
You are literally a self-repairing machine running on rechargeable chemical fuel.
