210 calories. So I’m gonna test three sports to see which one burns it
the fastest. Let’s go First up… running. Simple, nonstop movement.
I checked my watch… Running burned the 210 calories in about 22 minutes.
Next, padel. Lots of quick steps, fast reactions.
According to my watch, padel took around 30 minutes to burn the same
calories. And then tennis. Constant movement, no breaks. Tennis burned the
210 calories in about 25 minutes. So the fastest was running… but
