Choose Life, Not Eternal Torment

You do not possess an immortal soul. That might sound like heresy, but it is the explicit

teaching of the Bible. The idea that you are an indestructible ghost trapped in

a biological machine comes from Plato, not the Prophets. Look at the creation formula in Genesis.

God took dust, added breath, and man *became* a living soul. You do not *have*

a soul. You *are* a soul. When you die, the formula reverses. The dust returns

to the earth, the breath returns to God, and the soul ceases to exist until the

Resurrection. This changes everything you know about Hell. Jesus never warned about eternal torture.

He warned about *Gehenna*—a literal valley outside Jerusalem where garbage was incinerated.
