Choosing Healing, Choosing Hope

Depression sits heavy on my chest. Anxiety won't let my mind rest. I smile outside,

but inside I'm tired. Lost in thoughts I never desired. Panic in my

breathing, fear in my head. Fighting all the things I never

said. Depression, anxiety, calling my name. Mental health struggles

feel the same. It's not weakness, it's not a crime. I'm learning how

to heal my mind. Oh. Oh. Oh.

Trauma lives deep in memory. Stress keeps chasing me endlessly. Overthinking every word

I say. Worry controls my night and day. I need space, I need time
