CIA's MK Ultra: Unethical Mind Control Experiments

The CIA literally tried to create mind controlled assassins by giving people LSD and hypnotizing

them. MK Ultra was a real program where they dosed unsuspecting citizens,

including a magician who jumped out of a hotel window thinking he could fly. They tested on prisoners,

mental patients, and even their own agents without consent. One scientist kept seven people on

acid for 77 days straight just to see what would happen. The agency spent millions trying

to find a truth serum and ways to erase memories like some budget sci-fi movie.

They even explored using psychics and remote viewing because apparently that made sense to someone.

The whole operation got exposed in the 70s and the CIA director ordered all files destroyed.
