Clarity Is What They Hear

Communication isn't about talking more. It's about being understood. I spent years thinking

tell me what you heard. Sounds simple, but it's wild how often people hear

something completely different. This one habit saved me from countless misunderstandings

and made my team way more effective. Clarity isn't what you say. It's what they hear.
