Closing a Massive Midline Diastema Seamlessly

We took on a full mouth rehab where the biggest challenge was a huge midline diastema.

The patient had failing prosthetics and a bad bite, but the real worry was that closing

that much space would make the front teeth look unnatural. We used digital dentistry to cheat

the system. By modifying the connector design between the front teeth and focusing

on healthy gum tissue around the implants, we managed the space perfectly. No giant teeth,

just a seamless correction that completely changed her confidence.
