The 4-7-8 breathing technique changed everything for me during finals week. Inhale four seconds,
hold seven, exhale eight. Your nervous system literally calms down in real time.
I used to spiral before presentations, now I breathe through it. Time blocking saved
my sanity. Two hour study chunks with actual breaks between, not scrolling breaks
but walk outside breaks. Your brain processes stress better when you give it permission
to rest. My friend started skipping meals and isolating last semester. Walking her to campus
counseling was scary but necessary. She got support, started healing, found her footing
