Copper the Guardian Dog

This dog ran after an ambulance for miles — and nobody understood why. A 5-year-old girl

at full speed. He dodged traffic, crossed intersections, and kept the flashing lights in sight.

When the ambulance reached the hospital, Copper was already pawing at the doors. Doctors later revealed

something unbelievable — the girl had suffered a seizure mid-transport, and Copper had sensed it.

He refused to leave the ER entrance until she woke up. Copper is now officially called the hospital’s

“four-legged guardian.”
