and Im a baby genius, but I’ve got a very full diaper and very little patience, so I’m only gonna

say this once. You wanna know who you really are? It’s not who you are when the parents

are watching and you’re doing your high-pitched 'happy teacher' voice. It’s what you do

when nobody is looking. It’s whether you actually follow the protocol or cut corners when

the Director is in the other room. That’s the real you. That’s integrity.
