Costner Sued Over Alleged Stunt Harassment

Kevin Costner is being sued after a stunt performer on his new movie, Horizon 2,

accused him of directing an unscripted rape scene. Stunt performer Devyn LaBella filed

a lawsuit alleging sexual harassment and a hostile work environment. She claims that

while working as a stunt double for actress Ella Hunt, Costner forced her to perform a "violent,

unscripted, unscheduled rape scene." Costner fired back, calling the claims

"absolutely false" and an "invented nightmare." He tried to get the entire case

dismissed. But a judge just dealt him a major setback, ruling that most
