Cracking Walls of Control

I built the walls out of bulletproof glass. Watching the chaotic

city pass. My levels are checked, my threshold is set.

I haven't let the red light flash just yet. They see the silence.

They see the calm, but I'm holding the wire on a ticking

bomb, bomb. Compress the feeling, push it down. Don't let the

signal hit the ground. I'm the architect of the quiet lie,

smiling while the alarms go by. I'm hitting the limiter,

crushing the peak. I lock the door before I let myself speak.
