Dancing Through the Rage

I watch the sky turn bitter blue. The kinda shade that feels like

new. And all the streets just hum the same. Keep saying that

they're not to blame. And I try, I try to shout,

but my voice gets lost in the crowd. 'Cause everyone's dancing, laughing through the

rage. Pour another drink, drowning in a cage. Standing here shaking,

watching 'em taking cover. How can we be fine when cynicism takes over?
