Girls, we should all be doing deep core exercises by now. But if you're not
yet, I will put you through my favorite routine. First of all, secure those AirPods
because the girls, like, get I get it. Those boys will fall off your head.
So to start out, I use a weight that I can comfortably and safely hold above my head,
and that also is heavy enough to counteract the weight of my hips. I think this kind
of pull is what really gets that core burning and what feels so amazing. So for all of these,
it's really important to keep a neutral back. Keep that spine tucked away on the
floor. Keep that pelvis tucked upwards to the ceiling and focus on lifting
